Have you ever been called a video game addict? To you what defines a video game addict? Is it number of hours per week spent playing? How many hours are too many?

I would call my husband an addict! On his days off, he will play the Xbox from the time he wakes up basically until he goes to bed.

The days he does work, depending on the times, he will play before or after.

He's a hard worker though, so he deserves it. I know how it is, I'm the same way when I find a game that is awesome.

I would not call anybody an addict. But there have been times through my life when I would get a great game and play it most the day for days straight. These days I hardly ever play. Nobody is an addict.

I would call my brother in law an addict, or other words game freak.
He plays Counter Strike, normal routine would be go to work go home have dinner, then on the computer to play CS till late then bed then the same thing over again.
I suppose a real addict would be a person who just plays all day everyday, which i don't think is a really good thing for any person to be like but that's life.

Maybe an addict is the ones that don’t know already what are their priorities in life except playing. They are playing all the time without knowing that he/she still has some other things to do more important other than playing.
